The best lessons happen when the coach / instructor understands their clients’ learning style and personality, provides the right kind of lesson for their style and ski level, with equipment that has been reviewed beforehand, and on the right terrain.
This may not happen if a lesson is booked at the last minute, with the first available instructor…
Good instructors want to chat with clients beforehand, discuss needs and wishes, establish expectations, and set up the lesson environment for success even before they start…
Additionally, both the Park City and Deer Valley ski schools are regularly sold out for extended parts of the season, giving only slim chances to last minute reservations.
So avoid the chaos – book early and let us meet at your favorite lift!
Pro tip: being on the phone for long periods of times trying to get hold of the reservation office can be quite frustrating. Because of my Master Instructor status, I have a special access to the back office and can book the lesson for you (pending my availability for your dates), making things smoother on your end.
